Please accept congratulations on the Day of the State Flag, State Emblem and National Anthem of the Republic of Belarus! On the second Sunday of May, every year we throughout the country honor the symbols of our Motherland. Their semantic content consists of the traditional values of our people, reflects mercy and friendliness, spiritual generosity and willingness to share everything we have, while we maintain an unshakable position in protecting the independence and sovereignty of our state.

It is with respect for state symbols, veneration of the spiritual values of the people and the cultural heritage of the country that love for the Motherland begins, awareness of involvement in its fate and responsibility for the future.

Dear residents of Novopolotsk! We wish you to live in peace and harmony, and always remember that we are an independent nation, citizens of a sovereign state. Good health to you, your family and friends, and stability and prosperity to our Republic of Belarus!
